Getting Started as a Retailer
Getting Started
Customers must provide:
- Tax ID and a copy of their resale license.
- Physical store address.
- Complete credit card information.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We will not charge a credit card until items ship. An initial order will be shipped when store location has been verified and all new account information has been received. The minimum for an opening order is $200. Re-orders must meet minimum of $100.
Terms are applied for the following conditions:
- Non-profit organizations with tax ID to verify.
- All new customers wishing to establish credit must submit a completed credit application.
- For customers with established credit, invoices are due 30 days from billing date
Backorders
Most items not available at time of shipment are backordered to ship when product become available. Backorders under $75 wholesale, or over 60 days old are canceled automatically.
Shipping
We ship all packaged via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available at additional charge. Bunnies By The Bay will only accept business addresses for shipment and will not be responsible for any product shipped to personal residences.
Returns/Damaged Items
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Within 5 days of receipt, please email customerservice@bunniesbythebay.com or call 833-251-1266 and we will gladly issue a complimentary return label. Credit will be applied once items are received back at our warehouse.
- Unwanted items without damage or defect
Within 30 days of receipt, you are welcome to return unwanted items without damage or defect. Please email customerservice@bunniesbythebay.com or call 833-251-1266 to alert our team that you will be returning unwanted items. Credit will be applied once items are received back at our warehouse in their original packaging with hang tags attached. Please ship returning items to:

How to Sell Bunnies By The Bay
Once approved, the Retailer may sell at or above MSRP products offered by Bunnies By The Bay. Once approved, the Retailer may sell product via these distribution channels:
- At the Retailers brick and mortar location
- Through the Retailer's website and only at terms and policies consistent with in-store sales. Selling by an auction or co-op site is prohibited.
Price and styles are subject to change without notice. The right to sell Bunnies By The Bay may be revoked at any time. Product line is only available directly through Bunnies By The Bay or approved representative.
All advertising of product including the name "Bunnies By The Bay" must be approved. All Bunnies By The Bay images used by the Retailer must be approved by Bunnies By The Bay.
Selling on Amazon.com, Amazon.CA and Amazon Marketplace is Prohibited
