At Bunnies By The Bay, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service to our partners. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if reported within 5 business days of the receipt date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition with hangtags intact.
  • Customized or special-order products are non-returnable.
  • Defective, damaged or incorrect items may be eligible for replacement or credit upon verification.

Return Process

  1. Request Authorization – Contact us at 1-833-251-1266 (option 2) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package Items Securely – Include the RA number and a copy of your invoice in the return shipment.
  3. Shipping & Fees – Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged or incorrect. Returns should be shipped to:

  1. Inspection & Refunds – Once received, items will be inspected. Approved returns will be processed for a refund or credit within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this when requesting an RA number. Exchanges will be processed based on stock availability and return eligibility.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, including sale, discontinued, or custom-made products, are non-returnable.
