Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse located in Anacortes, WA via our default carrier (UPS Ground).

Expedited shipping is available (if requested at the time of order submission), and any additional charges will be invoiced.

We ship to business addresses only unless otherwise requested and approved prior to fulfillment. Bunnies By The Bay is not responsible for missing/damaged products delivered to personal/home addresses.

If items are in stock and payment information is provided, orders typically process and ship within 5 business days from submission.

Free Shipping offers apply only to in stock items when purchase minimums are met. Free Shipping is not applicable for back-ordered units.
